The <DIVE> Project provides spaces for Gen Z and 11-18 year olds to <DIVE> into a healthier digital life.

About The <DIVE> Project

The <DIVE> Project exists to be a voice for the next generations in raising awareness for the need in good digital health. This project offers workshops and seminars in Digital Health and Social Media for young people aged 11-18. About the Founder, Sandeep Louise

With a Masters in Practical Theology, Sandeep Louise has researched how
Gen Z’s aged 11-18 are affected by digital media. She started The <DIVE> Project to raise awareness to these realities and provide practical knowledge in how young people can be more aware of their own digital health and reduce the negative impacts on their mental health, self esteem and make healthy choices now to set them up for a lifetime.

These workshops can be delivered within an hour, which includes engaging theory and research to bring awareness of the affects to living and developing in the digital age. The theory is followed by an interactive and practical activity for young people to put theory into action and promote making healthy choices.
